There are several ways to get support for our products. Below are a list of commonly asked questions and the answers. If your question is not here then please submit it via the form on our Contact Us page and we will reply as soon as possible. Registered users will get priority support, but all questions will be answered.

Q: Do your products work with Winodws 9x?
A: Yes, our products are tested under all versions of Windows including 2000 and XP. If you have any trouble running any of our products under your version of Windows we want to hear from you. We do recommend Windows 98 or above; some performance issues have been reported with Windows 95.

Q: Mortgage Tailor/FileWasher Pro seem sluggish when opening and closing.
A:
Though our software will run on older computers (below Pentium 133) we recommend at least a 233MHz or above computer with 32 MB of RAM or more for best performance. The apparent slowness is purely cosmetic, the functionality of the program is not affected.

Q: Ive shredded my files with FileWasher Pro shredder and I need them back. Can you help?
A: Sorry, if you shredded your files there is no way for us (or probably anyone) who can recover them for you.

Q: Are you guys Mortgage Brokers, or involved with the Banks?
A: No. We are software coders who saw the need for this type of software. We have no affiliation with any bank or lending institution.
